Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected events mean you are unable to make your appointment. If you can't make it, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your appointment slot to someone else.

When less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you miss your appointment altogether, then 50% of booked service will be forfeited and used to recover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources.

 In the event that you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours prior to your appointed time, then no fee will be charged.

We reserve the right to change the above terms at any time without notice.
